The room we stayed in was really large, had a bedroom, a nice balcony, and effective air conditioning.

i had good experience and will be back. place was fairly clean and beautifully designed. thoroughly enjoyed the twin room i had with a kitchen, slippers plus the bedroom. there were an electric kettle, a fridge, and a cooktop upon arrival. the staff were very friendly and knew their area. the setting of hotel was perfect and stunning, in glass bottomed boats.

The place was clean and everything was superb. the room was cool and comfy and had all the kitchen equipment we needed. the location is the best, just a short 10-15 minute walk from Bellagio Conservatory & Botanical Garden. the food at the outdoor restaurant was fabulous and appetising.

It was so close to Bamburi, the beach from Ziwa, and shopping areas. the double room was beautiful. the service was top-notch. the food was brilliant. Got complimentary concierge service - they really care about guests.
